Doc Watson's is renowned for its commitment to healthy choices, offering a diverse menu that features tantalizing options such as their beloved Wake 'N Bake Panini—a delightful combination of egg, crispy bacon, cheddar, and house-made garlic aioli, all nestled between slices of warm sourdough. Each ingredient bursts with flavor, promising a satisfying start to your day. Don't overlook the equally delicious Buff Chick Panini, which elevates classic comfort food with tender chicken, pickled red onions, and a kick of house-made buffalo ranch.

For a lighter, yet equally tasty option, indulge in their salads crafted with organic produce. Beth DeBow's experience resonates with many who visit, highlighting the café's emphasis on fresh, local produce, farm eggs, and their unique capability to build your own salad with house-made dressings—the perfect picnic companion, as she discovered!

Each sip delivers a robust flavor, igniting your senses and providing a comfortable space to relax or catch up with friends. Brittany Moore couldn’t agree more, raving about the delightful combinations of hazelnut lattes and delicious smoothies. Plus, who can resist the complimentary bag of popcorn with your meal?

As you enjoy your meal, take note of the café's attention to detail; not only do they serve pure deliciousness, but they also feature local groceries, fresh sourdough, and even meats from regional farms like Dostal Farms. This emphasis on community engagement and sustainability is something that Danie Karaplis and other patrons truly appreciate, applauding the cute atmosphere and the ability to support local farmers and vendors.

Stop the car! Clean cafe with local produce, meats, farm eggs, coffee & teas too. I got a smoothie & salad to go picnic. Lots of organic ingredients. Build your own salad with homemade dressings. Bonus: Fitness-classes in the studio upstairs above the cafe.

Paninis were delicious. We also got a free bag of popcorn with our sandwiches! I got a hazelnut latte and my husband got the pb banana smoothie. All were delicious. Such a gem in downtown amherst. Clean and friendly!

The best healthy option for quick sandwiches, smoothies and more. They even sell top quality meats in the store. Must try! Wake and bake is my favorite sandwich!

I was traveling through Amherst and saw this place. Stopped in for Panini and a smoothie, Although it was a bit expensive, everything was very good and freshly made. The girls behind the counter were nice and made all the food fresh. Also sell honey and a few other things. Stop in and give it a try ;)

Yummooo! Got a smoothie from here. Walked in to get coffee but everything looked incredible. Fresh sourdough and even some fresh meats to take home. Oh, I will be back. Smoothie was like one you would get from Erewhon in California!

Super cute place! Downtown Amherst. Fresh produce, local, farmers! Love that they are working with local people such as dostal farms, who are awesome as well that’s where all my meat comes from! We tried the smoothie in the overnight oats and are super excited to come back for the avocado toast! Reminds me of a mini super adorable Trader Joe’s With lots of specialty items. I love spices and I got some really good paprika that I can’t wait to try.

Went recently and the cutest little brunette with curly hair greeted me so kindly! She seemed to be alone but she made my sandwich so quickly and very delicious might I add. Only complaint would be the heat in this place! Poor girl was working up a sweat and so was I! Otherwise a lovely place.
